CC x Majelen Signature Guitar
Order Processing & Guitar Build Time
Once your payment is made and your order is placed for the CC x MAJELEN guitar, please allow up to 90 days for build completion and delivery to your desired address. We will notify you of any significant delays or updates throughout the process.
Shipping Upon Completion
Upon completion of your CC x MAJELEN guitar, it will be shipped directly from the manufacturing warehouse to the delivery location you provided. The shipping company we use includes insurance on the shipment to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your new guitar.
Processing Time
All other orders (excluding the CC x MAJELEN guitar) are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on your shipping address.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.
International Shipping & Import Duties
We currently offer international shipping. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees that are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that you research and understand these potential additional costs before making your purchase, as we cannot be held liable for any import fees or delays that occur at customs.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However, the shipping company we use includes insurance on all shipments to ensure safe delivery. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. The information for the shipping company will be provided with your tracking number when the item is dispatched from warehouse.
